Meet and greet before we step into the village (Tag: Thomas, Mulan, Jasmine, Anastasia)

Shan yu rode first. Anastasia and Jasmine had had to leave the carriage behind because of the dense forest. Shan yu got off his horse, walking it for a while. He could smell smoke near by, and decided to investigate.
He actually smiled when he recognised Mulans horse. He tied his horse on a brance, moving forward in the camp with his sword at the ready. He taped Mulan's leg with his sword, seeing if she would wake up. He then left her alone, deciding to let her sleep.

For the most part, Thomas slept rather well with the spare blanket Mulan had lent him.
But he soon became restless and got up to go 'water the trees' sort of speak.
It was when he returned that he saw a scary looking man with a sword near Mulan.
He picked up a stone and rounded a tree to surprise the man when he actually ended coming up nose-to-nose with him and screamed.

Shan yu almost bumped into a man. He looked down at the boy, taking a step back. The boys scream amused him slightly. "Yes, I do know I am ugly, but wasn't quite aware I was that ugly." He joked, puting his sword away. "And you might be?"

Thomas looked around, finally noticing the two other ladies.
He coughed and threw the stone away before standing up.
"It's Thomas. You, er, you know her?"
He nodded back to the sleeping form by the fire.

He glanced at Mulan. "All too well." He extended his hand to Thomas. "Shan Yu. Those are Jasmine, and Anastasia." He said motioning to the two ladies. "So, Mulan found a new man in her life?" He said teasingly.

Thomas shook Shan yu's hand, reluctantly.
"Cheers," he replied, tipping his hat in the direction of the ladies.
At Shan yu's teasing question, Thomas did a quick glance in Mulan's direction.
"She's more like a mistress to me and I take it you must be her traveling partner?"

Mulan opened one eye slowly when she heard voices. She noticed a bear like figure. And than red hair. She sat up rubbing her eyes to get a better view. When she did, She noticed the other two ladies. Why did he have to bring them? They would only slow them down.. Mulan sighed. She didn't know why she did not want them traveling with her. The darkskinned woman gave her a strange feeling. Maybe she was just jealous that the woman was throwing flirtations at him... She knew he would use her. She knew, but yet she had to be so stupid.. It was stupid.
Mulan stood up. Taking a very small rock from the ground. She threw that at Shan Yu. Giving him a slight smirk when he had turned his head to look who it was.

Shan yu arched his eyebrow at Thomas. "Oh, so who would be your wife then? And yes, she is traveling with me for now."
Suddenly he felt a sharp pain in the back of his head, turning to look in the direction of Mulan. "I love you too Mulan. Want me to get a bigger rock to show you how much?" He chuckeled.

She was amused about his words. Grinning lightly, Putting her hands in her pocket. She shrugged. Raising her eyebrow. ''Do that.'' Mulan said with what would seem a serious expression.

Shan yu smirked. "Another time perhaps. Is he coming with us to the rebel village?" He asked pointing to Thomas.

"I'd prefer not to come... been there already."
Thomas shrugged and left to go sit by the fire.
He deliberately ignored Shan yu's question about his wife.
The less the they knew about him, the better.

"Didn't like it there then?" He asked raising his eyebrow at Thomas. He reached into his pocket, taking out a punch of papers. "Take your pick out of those. I bet you can find some use for the reward money." He said giving Thomas the wanted leaflets. "Keep them, you can get those in every town." He was sure money would make him change his mind. The more people they had with them, the more damage they could deal to the rebels. Maybe even destroy them.

Thomas flipped through the sheets, absentmindedly but stopped suddenly at one picture.
Ariel?
"Who... who originally posted these?"
He tried to keep the concern from showing in his voice.

He shrugged. "Who knows, but they are all official, and aproved by every ruler in this land." He looked at the picture Thomas had stopped at. "Found someone interesting?" He smirked. "Oh, the fish queen... You have good taste..." He leaned away. "Or you have greed."

"What is their crime? Why are they wanted?"
More importantly, why is she wanted?
Thomas thought, still staring at Ariel's picture.

Shan yu smirked. "You mean besides the fact that they oppose the current rule?" He took the posters, first showing Clopins picture. "He is the leader of the rebelion. This other guy is his right hand man." He said folding them away. "She is a runaway queen that needs to get her head chopped off. The rest of them, I am not so sure about." He handed the posters back to Thomas. "Why do you ask?"

He laughed dryly. "I just wouldn't want to end up on one of these."
He shook the sheets, took one, and toss the rest to Shan yu.
"I guess I'm coming then," He sighed as he stood.
He passed Shan yu with a new, determined look on his face.
He had a bounty to attend to...

He smirked, folding the papers and putting them back into his pocket. "Believe me, it is very easy to get into one of these. Choose your side wisely Thomas." He watched the boy move out, looking at the others as if to ask were they ready to continue on aswell.
