Personality:
Humourous, entertaining, mysterious, uplifting, knowledgeable, and musical. Clopin can be joyful one moment, entertaining children and trying to hang one of his enemies the next. Judging from the way he acts, his sanity appears to be a little off.

History:
Clopin was the leader of the gypsies, and was exceedingly protective of their headquarters, the Court of Miracles. He didn't like people finding out their secret place, and was willing to go so far as try and hang those who were unlucky enough to actually stumble upon it. He spent his days keeping the Court a secret and his people safe from all harm, espically from the harm of Frollo.

After the war:
After the fall of Frollo, Clopin had decided it was time to try and focus on more important things, and thats when he met the love of his life. But before he could marry her, Maleificent had her killed after finding out his attachment to him. This was done to keep him in line but it did the opposite, it made him want to fight again. Seeing that she was far worse then Frollo ever was, he brought his people back together and instead of a rag tag group of gypsies that they were last time, they became rebels.

Their purpose:
To maintain the security of the Court of Miracles since it is the Headquarters for the rebels.
