Name: Beast (Prince Adam)
Gender: Male
Age: 22
Date of birth: October 10th

Place of birth:
Lavonia

Side:
Evil

Personality:
Proud, arrogant, strong, possessive, has a short temper. Belle is the most important thing in the world to him, he would do anything for her to keep her safe and happy, but beyond that he just does what he wants and takes what he wants. The curse took away all inhibitions and now the only things hw cares about are himself and Belle.

History:
When Prince Adam was younger, he was vain and spoiled and proud. He ruled his castle with a hard hand and made everything twist for his enjoyment not matter the others. Once night, an old beggar woman knocked upon the castle door asking only for shelter from the bitter cold and offering a single red rose in payment. Repulsed by her ugly appearance and sneering at the gift rose, Prince Adam sent the woman away. She warned him however, not to be deceived by appearances, for they could be deceiving. But Prince Adam scorned her and turned her away again; then before his eyes the old woman's ugliness melted away to reveal a beautiful Enchantress. She was angry with his cruelty and so in punishment, she placed a curse upon him. Prince Adam was transformed into a hideous beast and his entire castle was placed in darkness. The Beast shut himself away in his castle now repulsed by his own appearance, with a magic mirror as his only contact with the outside world. The rose the Enchantress had offered, was an Enchanted Rose. It would bloom until the Prince's 21st year at which time it would wilt and die. If the Prince could not find someone to love, and earn her love in return before the last petal fell from the Rose, he would be doomed to remain a beast forever. Time passed and the Beast grew to despair for who could ever love a beast?
Time passed, and then one rainy night, an old man came to the Beast's castle. He sought shelter from the cold as well, and had never heard of the frightful beast living inside. The Beast did not like having the stranger in his home however, and he locked the old man away in the dungeon.
Shortly after, a young woman came to the castle in search of her father. She found her father locked in the Beast's dungeon, before the Beast found her. They argued at which time Belle offered to stay as the Beast's prisoner, if her father could be allowed freedom. The Beast was shocked at her kindness and accepted her offer. The old man was released and Belle was given a room in the castle to stay in.
Beast and the Belle did not get along at first, since he was too proud and short-tempered and she was too stubborn to give into his demands. After a time however, they learned to get along and slowly began to like each other. One night they had their own kind of ball, and it seemed like the curse might finally be lifted as they looked to be falling in love. Belle however admitted to missing her father and the Beast unwilling to let her be happy if he could stop it, offered her the use of his magic mirror which would show a person anything they asked to see. Belle looked into the mirror and saw her father sick and alone in the cold woods. Realizing how important her father was to her, Beast released Belle from being his prisoner and gave her the mirror as well. Belle ran to help her father and the Beast fell into heartbreak at her departure for her had truly come to love her.
Belle saved her father from the cold, but their reunion was interrupted by a mob of villagers who came to take Belle's father to the asylum, calling him crazy for believing that there was a horrific beast in a castle. Belle desperate to save her father used the magic mirror to prove that the Beast was real. This however caused the villagers alarm and they set out immediately to kill the Beast. The villagers arrived at the Beast's castle and began to fight his servants, Gaston a village man who himself wanted to marry Belle, found the Beast and attacked him. Beast no longer cared about his life since Belle was gone and he did not defend himself from the abuse. Gaston continued to taunt and beat the Beast, but when Belle suddenly appeared, the Beast had a reason to live again and he easily pushed Gaston back, winning the fight and almost killing the man. His time with Belle however had showed him that he didn't have to be cruel, and he let Gaston live. The Beast turned away from the man to reunite with Belle but Gaston, took the opportunity to stab Beast in the back. The Beast roared in pain and thrashed about to dislodge his attacker and knife and this motion sent Gaston away and cause him to fall to his death. The Beast and Belle now were reunited but they both knew that Beast was about to die. Beast smiled at Belle, glad he could see her again at his death before his strength left him. Belle, seeing the life go out of him cried and pleaded with him not to go, because she loved him too.
A moment after her declaration of love, the rainy sky brightened with falling streaks of glowing color. Slowly these streaks grew in number and they fell upon the Beast, lifting him up and transforming him back into a man, Prince Adam. Adam and Belle held each other now happy that they were both safe and together, in love. They kissed, and the curse was lifted away from the castle and everything was made better again, full of light and life. Belle and Prince Adam were married and they were living happily ever after.

After the war:
When the War came, those in Adam's castle didn't really notice, they were preoccupied with something else. Way back when the Enchantress placed the curse on Prince Adam, she was somewhat spiteful about it. She knew that love was very powerful and unwilling to let the Prince get away with scorning her the way he did, the Enchantress used a backup plan so that even if he did break his curse, he might fall under a different one and suffer that way. The second curse was placed on the Enchanted Rose. If the lover of the Beast, were to touch the Rose before its last petal fell, the curse would take hold of her and the Prince. Their souls would be stripped away from them and locked into the magic Mirror, and they would be transformed into new terrible beasts with no mind for anything but destruction. No longer would they be able to tell between friend and foe, any who got in their way would be a enemy to fight against.

As it so happened, Belle, curious as she is was wandering the Castle one day and she found the Rose. It had one petal left and was glowing dully in the dusty room it was left it. So, Belle lifted off the cover and touched the Rose, setting the curse in motion.

Adam was at a different part of the castle when this happened, but suddenly the air shifted and the Enchantress appeared before him. She coldly reminded him of his harsh treatment to her, and then told him of the second curse. Instantly, he was retransformed back into the Beast. Furious at being a monster again he raced to find Belle, but instead found the magic Mirror. He used it to look for Belle and was confused and pained at what he saw. The Mirror, showed him both Belles, the one who was now demonic and roaming the castle, and the Belle he loved who was stuck inside the Mirror he held. The Beast didn't know what to do, but he didn't have long to find out. The Mirror glowed brightly and he felt his soul being ripped away. Now Adam was stuck inside the Mirror and the Beast on the outside became a true monster.

Something happened however that the Enchantress did not expect; somehow a piece of Adam's consciousness remained inside the Beast, and from there he could see, hear and feel everything happening, but he had no control over it. He was forced to watch himself be a monster, and watch as Belle became one as well. He hopes desperately to find a way to rid himself of the spell he is under and to save Belle from it as well.

Their purpose:
The Beast is the one in control now, Adam being locked in the back of his mind unable to do anything. As such, Beast is evil and will only do what interests him, and mostly what interests him is that he stays in charge, and he stays with Belle. He needs to be in charge because he is very dominant, and alpha, being a prince, and he'll fight anyone he thinks is challenging him and his. And he'll kill them.

His other purpose however is more important to him; even as a terrible monster, he still feels love for Belle. It's not the same pure love as before, it's much more possessive and rough now, but he will do anything to keep her safe and happy. Wherever Belle goes and whatever she decides to do, he will be there with her.

Adam, stuck in the Beast's head can look to himself in the Mirror. When he focuses on being there he wanders inside its strangeness hoping the find Belle's consciousness. When he focuses on being inside the Beast, he can only watch as the Beast roams around evilly.

Family:
Maurice, Belle's father and all their friends were in the castle when the new curse came. None of them were affected directly, but now Beast and Belle cannot recognize them and they will attack if they are crossed. It's likely that the servants and Maurice are in the castle, safely staying out of the way while trying to find a way to break the curse and simultaneously trying to keep Beast and Belle from leaving the castle.

Friends:
Beast no longer has friends. He has Belle. He won't attack people all the time unless he is bored or they are in his way, but he would hold nothing back. No one else matters now, and they can offer him nothing. Adam, who sees what the Beast is doing feels very badly for his friends and hopes they stay safe, but he can do nothing to help them.

Loved ones/Crushes:
Beast loves Belle. He will do anything for her and follow her anywhere. She is the only thing left that can inspire feelings other than rage and destruction in him. Adam grieves for what Belle has become but is glad that he can still keep her safe.
