Personality:
Sinister, very vain and narcissistic. She's obsessed about keeping her beauty no matter the means. She can be very cruel to those she sees as a threat.
She's very jealous of beautiful people and is always comparing herself to them. If she thinks you're too pretty, then you're a goner.

History:
Grimhilde married Snow White's father who died tragically soon after, making her the new ruler of Cersia. She made Snow White a scullery maid because Grimhilde hated her for her beauty.

The Queen wasn't much of a ruler and spend almost all her time obsessing about her looks and asking the Magic Mirror "Magic mirror, on the wall, who is the fairest one of all?", in which the Mirror always answered that she is. But one day the answer was negative and the Mirror said Snow White is now the fairest. That raged the Queen and to add fuel to the fire she witnessed a handsome prince courting Snow White.
She ordered Humbert, her huntsman, to kill Snow White and bring back her heart as proof the job had been done. The Huntsman couldn't make himself kill Snow White and told her to run away and never return. He then fooled Grimhilde by bringing her a pig's heart but his trickery was revealed when the Queen again asked the mirror the question. Snow White was still the fairest and was living with seven dwarfs in a cottage.

Grimhilde was furious and mixed herself a potion to disguise herself as an Old Hag. She then conjured a poisoned apple that causes a death-like sleep when eaten, and leaves for the cottage.
Grimhilde fools Snow White to let herself in and gives her the poisoned fruit, telling her it's a magic wishing apple. Snow White takes a bite and falls, seeming to be dead. The seven dwarfs arrive, warned by Snow White's animal friends, and chase the Old Hag to the forest. A storm brews as she climbs up to the mountains. She intends to push down a large boulder to crush the dwarfs but a lighting strikes and destroys the precipice she's standing. She falls to her death in the canyon and buzzards come to eat her corpse.

The prince wakes up Snow White with a kiss and they take over Grimhilde's castle and rule of the land.

After the war:
Grimhilde took over the castle and throne and made Snow White as a scullery maid. She's also using her blood as an ingredient for a Youth Potion.
As for Prince David, she put him in a death-like sleep and keeps his body in a tomb. But his soul has somehow separated from his body and is now acting like a poltergeist in the castle, hungering for revenge.

Their purpose:
To be the fairest of them all. She has hired Shan Yu and Mulan to search the magic lamp that holds Jafar. She intends to achieve her goal making a wish.
